There is so much to love at this Weymouth property we staged this week! If it's not that amazing view then there is the polished rimu floors, the huge separate laundry, the amazing open plan kitchen, dining, lounge that opens onto a brand new deck surrounded by beautiful mature pohutukawa trees, and so much more. 

Recently we received a call from Rose Mohammed about a property that been on the market since July and needed a new contemporary look to help accentuate its potential and help it to stand out on the internet.

It was pretty exciting to see some lovely shots of our staging in this Seven Sharp piece about the property investment group 'My Properties'.  I enjoyed working on and being part of the project.  The people I dealt with were all very friendly and knowledgeable.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in property and wants to be part of a supportive, inclusive community.

It was such a pleasure to stage this sweet brick and tile 3 bedroom house.  Walking through the front door the polished floor boards seemed to radiate warmth and were a instant attraction.  The newly renovated neutral interior was the perfect backdrop for some fresh furnishings and I loved the open plan split level kitchen dining and lounge as it gave the space an interesting loft like appeal that set it apart from similar era brick and tile houses.
